ACEAT provides only Invitation Letter issued by the Conference Committee Board. ACEAT does not issue organization registration letter, guarantee letter, schedule of staying letter, local sponsor letter, and governmental format invitation letter.
Here ACEAT would like to emphasize the difference between a letter of invitation and a letter of guarantee.
Letter of InvitationWe will provide you with a letter of invitation that clearly states the essential information of the event, the organizer’s details, with contact information and confirmation of your registration to attend the event at the event’s dates and location.
Letter of GuaranteeA Letter of Guarantee is an individual/party who agrees to be legally and financially responsible for your staying during your visit in the country you’re going to. ACEAT will not provide any Letter of Guarantee.
Notice for the Letter of Invitation | 1. | Please make sure that you have already registered as a member to attend the event and complete your payment. Request without proof of payment will not be processed. |
| 2. | Please check whether you indeed require a visa to travel to the event’s host country.
Pleas prepare your passport information to submit in the request. |
| 3. | Please check that your passport is valid for at least three months after the date of departure. |
Should your application be denied, ACEAT cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual be denied.
